We built this calculator because we are dieters ourselves, and we kept running into the same problem: starting intermittent fasting without a clear idea of how much to eat, which schedule to follow, or what results to realistically expect.
Most fasting advice stops at "skip breakfast and see what happens." That is not much to plan around. So we made a tool that turns your own numbers into a concrete plan: a daily calorie target, simple macros, an eating window that fits your day, and an honest projection of how your weight is likely to change over the coming weeks.
The goal is to set the right expectations from day one. Fasting works when it keeps you in a sensible calorie balance you can actually stick to, not through extremes. The calculator is built around that idea, with guardrails that flag overly aggressive targets rather than encouraging them.
